While we hope that you are completely satisfied with your Petri Paint Kit we understand that unexpected circumstances might happen.

 

I Did Not Receive My Kit

Shipping is by FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail and may take up to a week for delivery.  Please check the tracking number to see if your package is on its way.  If you still have concerns about the delivery or have not received it please email us for further assistance.

My Kit Came Damaged

If you receive your kit damaged from shipping please email us immediately.  We will resolve the issue with the shipping carrier and promptly get another kit shipped out to you at no additional charge.

My Kit Came Missing Parts

If you believe that you did not receive everything in your kit please email us immediately.  We will be happy to review the item list with you and replace any missing items.

My Bacteria Did Not Grow

If your bacteria did not grow please email us.  Please note that it takes a minimum of 3 day before you will begin to see your bacteria growing and up to a week to see the full growth.  We will be happy to discuss your results and replace your kit if your bacteria unexpectedly did not grow.

I Cannot Figure Out How to Use My Kit
